One-on-One personal life coaching is offered virtually in 3 month packages.  Each month there are two 45-50 minute sessions.  The session begins with pre-work follow-up and targeted discussion based on the client's goals.  You are gently challenged to look at new perspectives and thought patterns through questions.  This process sparks new insights and ways forward.  This is the "magic" of coaching; the coach mindfully listens and asks questions that create clarity and inspiration.  

In-between sessions, the client works on their agreed upon action steps to prepare for the next session on their path towards achieving their goals.
