Jacqui Nissen has over 20-years professional experience as a leader, trainer, and project manager in the Information Technology (IT) field. She served in the United States Air Force and has spent the majority of her career in the public sector. In 2018, she implemented Strength-Based Leadership principles and in 2019 was recognized as one of the Top 10 Most Engaged Teams in IT, in an organization of almost 8,000 IT employees. Jacqui joined a Manager's Instructor Cadre and currently teaches several leadership development courses to aspiring leaders and senior executives.
Jacqui's calling is to infect people to live their personal and professional best life by maximizing the unique gifts and strengths God gave them. She's using her own strengths and aligning them with her passion and purpose - to help make others THRIVE! She coaches men and women in personal and professional areas to achieve their goals. She is trained as a Transformational Coach, Mentor, Facilitation Tutor, and Certified Personal and Executive Coach (CPEC) through the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute. She is a credentialed International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
Jacqui has been the keynote speaker for several Christian Women’s events, led Strength-Based and Leadership Development Workshops for Women's Ministry, and together with her husband facilitated Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University (FPU), and led several small groups.
